Whether face-to-face in a welcoming therapy room in Bradford on Avon, or The Soul Spa in Bath, or through Zoom sessions, I offer a relaxed, calm, and private space where you can feel truly safe and supported.

 

The techniques we use are straightforward and easy to learn. I will guide you in mastering these tools, empowering you to apply them independently during times of stress and in the future, giving you lasting resilience and self-support.​

My goal is to collaborate with you to resolve your challenges through a personalized program tailored to your needs, time frame, and preferred combination of therapies.

 

This approach allows you to progress at your own pace while achieving tangible and often rapid results.

 

My approach integrates EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Relaxation and Visualization techniques, and intuitive wisdom. These combined methods are effective in addressing a wide range of issues.​​
